Set expectations and goals for planning and development together with the executive leadership team and input from the donor.
Work alongside the non-profit to implement the gold standard of non-profit systems fundamentals, including succession planning and financial absorption modeling.
Assist and develop distinct action plans to communicate the tactics of fundraising and what the organization will do with the resources to stakeholders including the direct beneficiaries.
Provide strategic fundraising support through careful evaluation of current funding position, fundraising plan development, funder mapping and pipeline development, program design, and grant writing.
Monitor and evaluate framework design and online reporting metrics.
